We want every detail of your time with us, from where you park to where you sit, to feel like belonging in action. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, email conference@miracle139international.org and a real person will get back to you.
Getting Here and Parking
Where is the conference held?
Foothills Church, 365 W Bradley Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020.
Where do I park?
There’s a dirt parking lot across the street from the church set aside for conference attendees. You’ll see our parking team in vests directing traffic, so it’s hard to miss. Just follow their lead.
Is there ADA-accessible parking?
Yes. We have reserved spaces close to the entrance for attendees who need them. If you’d like to be guided to those spots when you arrive, let the parking team know and they’ll wave you through.
What if I’m being dropped off by rideshare or a friend?
Use the main church entrance for drop-off and pickup.
Check-In and Entry
When can I check in?
You have two options. Check in early on Thursday afternoon between 1:00 and 4:00 pm to skip the Friday morning line, or check in Friday morning between 7:30 and 8:30 am at the registration tables near the church entrance.
What do I need to enter the conference?
Your badge and lanyard. We can’t let anyone into sessions or the exhibit hall without them, so plan to check in before the doors open Friday at 8:00 am.
Will my badge work for both days?
Yes. Same badge, both days. Don’t lose it.
Accessibility and Accommodations
A note from us first. This conference exists because we believe every person belongs. That includes you. If something on this list isn’t enough, or you need an accommodation we didn’t think to mention, email conference@miracle139international.org as early as you can. We will work with you.
Will Spanish translation be available?
Yes. We’re offering live Spanish translation through a QR code system, so you’ll use your own phone as your translation device. Please bring your own earbuds or headphones so you can listen comfortably. You can also read it as live captions on your screen if you prefer reading over listening.
Will ASL interpretation be available?
We’re working to confirm ASL interpretation for the conference. If you or someone in your group needs ASL, please email us at conference@miracle139international.org as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Foothills Church is fully wheelchair accessible, including session rooms, restrooms, the main stage, and the exhibit hall.
Can I bring my service animal?
Yes. Trained service animals are welcome in all conference spaces.
I’m planning to attend with my child who has a disability. Is there childcare?
No. This conference is designed for adults, including ministry leaders, volunteers, parents, and anyone serving in a disability ministry, so childcare is not provided on site. We know that’s a hard answer for some families, and we’re sorry we can’t offer it this year.
Will sessions be recorded so I can watch later?
No. The conference is live and in-person only. We do this on purpose. Some of the most important moments of the weekend happen in the room, in conversation, in real time. If you want to learn from this content, you’ll want to be here.
Meals
Here’s what to plan for so you can budget your meals across the weekend.

Friday dinner
On your own. The evening is open after 6:30 pm so you can enjoy dinner in San Diego.
Can dietary needs be accommodated for the Friday lunch?

Where to Stay
The conference is hosted at Foothills Church in El Cajon. A few hotels sit closer to the church, but if you’re traveling in for the weekend, we’d point you toward Hotel Circle in Mission Valley, close to everything worth seeing in San Diego.
